Languages and Programs
Create and maintain web pages for the DARPA Defense Sciences Office website (http://www.darpa.mil/dso). Work with DSO management and contractors to update website content. Maintain the DSO Intranet; conduct quality assurance and accessibility testing (Section 508) on all DSO web products produced by DDL OMNI to ensure compliance with DARPA Instruction 54 standards /specifications and Federal regulations.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the current DDL OMNI Engineering website (http://www.ddlomni.com).
Played a major role in the design, development and deployment of a number of applications for other government agencies:
• Developed a touch screen application for the Department of Homeland Security
• Developed a website for an office (SSE) within the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (www.acq.osd.mil/se).
• Developed a touch screen brochure site for the Navy Supply Systems Command currently on display at the Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C through March 2011.
As part of the Vote for Business campaign for the 2008 elections, created web pages for a variety of organizations and U.S. Chamber of Commerce offices. Created web pages based on predefined layouts using XHTML, CSS and Java. Optimized images for the web. Used specialized tools to crawl different websites.
Worked with the lead Graphic Designer to convert images for use in a custom web-enabled military training manual. Imported images from military technical manuals in PDF documents into Photoshop or Illustrator depending on the image format. Converted images from pixel formats in Photoshop then converted them into vector paths and exported into Illustrator; exported completed documents into Flash. Conducted quality assurance testing to ensure all final documents met customer requirements.
Create and execute sound web solutions for individuals and small business owners. Design elegant and easy-to-navigate websites, brochures, business cards and flyers for a number of clients. Provide maintenance and support to clients.

Knowledgeable of different printing methods (screen printing, direct-to-garment, heat transfers) and embroidery. Extensive knowledge of design programs (Illustrator and Photoshop) and making designs print-ready.
